AVAILABLE PACKAGES
Standard package: NIS will provide customized software that can generate a complete nutritional analysis of your restaurant’s menu including: a line by line listing of the nutritional content of your prep and line recipe books, and an item-by-item listing of the nutritional content of your presentation menu. Those listings will provide the data for the nutritional content of your recipe books and menu as measured in grams of fat, protein, and carbs, calories, and milligrams of cholesterol and sodium. The Nutrasmart program also lists grams of dietary fiber, total sugars, saturated fat, and trans fat, milligrams of calcium, iron, and Vitamin C, and International Units of Vitamin A. Finally, the operator can use Nutrasmart to print USDA approved nutritional labels for all of their menu items. Those labels will meet all applicable regulations for retail food sales, for those operators who are so inclined.
Deluxe package: In addition to all of the features listed above in the standard package, the deluxe package will include a detailed listing of ingredients and allergens. Operators will be able to print USDA approved nutritional labels for all of their menu items complete with ingredient and allergen information.
